Here is the step by step guide to enable the feature.
1. Messages: Go to Message Templates
Create one Satisfaction Survey Email or SMS. You may also send both in case your patient doesn't have either of the two.
SMS Script:
Hi {FIRSTNAME},
It was lovely to meet you on your appointment at the clinic. I just have a quick question regarding your recent visit. Please click the link below.
Clinic Name
Email Subject:
READ: Hi {FIRSTNAME}, Just a quick question about Clinic name
2. Click the Ask Promoters to Leave a Review tab
Then enable the feature.
You may use the script below into your Thank You message.

2. Name your Call to Action button. Example, Review Us Here
3. Paste your public review platform URL
4 & 5 are optional should you wish to change the Call to Action button background color and its text.
Once done Save the message.
When you enable the feature it will automatically redirect anyone who will rate 9-10 only to your public review platform.
Please check if you are legally allowed to ask for online referrals in the countries you are located in.
