Your cancellation rate is the proportion of bookings that are cancelled by patients during a specified time period. You can also filter this figure by practitioner.
While a high cancellation rate might sound intuitively bad, it is often inversely proportional to your no-show rate. Since no-shows are more expensive than cancellations, a cancellation rate that increases over time can be indicative of good management.
