Managing patient communications is crucial for compliance and maintaining trust. This guide walks you through configuring Cliniq Apps so that any patient who is deleted, archived, or has rejected the Privacy Policy is automatically excluded from receiving automated communications.
Step-by-Step Guide
Access Settings
Log into your Cliniq Apps account and navigate to the main Settings area.
Open Privacy Settings
Under the Patient section, click on Privacy to access communication preferences.
Select the Patient Statuses
Tick the checkboxes for the following patient statuses that you do not wish to contact:Save Changes
Once you have selected the appropriate patient statuses, click on Save Changes to update your settings.
After following these steps, any patient who meets any of the above statuses will automatically be excluded from all automated communications. This configuration ensures that your communications are directed only to patients who are active and have accepted your communication policies, helping you maintain compliance and patient trust.
