Do not send an entire video embedded in your email! Why? because:
Your audience do not watch these videos in the email anymore
Your email will be massive and may take ages to be sent
Your email may be considered spam
The Best Practice, is to upload your video into YouTube (we also recommend Wistia, Google Drive or Dropbox as there will be no ads).
Then, add a photo of the video with a play button on it.
Insert a link into the photo of the video URL.
