For past appointments
Dynamic dates can be used to cap the time in the past. For example, if you want to recall/reactivate your patients who had their last visit more than 3 months ago but less than 6 months ago, use the dynamic dates as follow:
more than 3 months have passed since last appointment and select the patients with no future appointments
use 6 months ago and 3 months ago to cap the period
For future appointments
Dynamic dates can be used to cap the time in the future. For example, if you want to send reminder for those who have their appointments 3 to 5 days from now, you can use the following:
more than 3 days remain before next appointment
use 3 days in future ago and 5 days in future
