The messages (SMS, Email and Push Notification) will be sent based on the 3 different time criteria:
- Appointment Time
When you set a group based on the appointment, i.e. when you use the patient interactions filters: last appointment, next appointment, cancel at, etc. then the campaign timer will be relative to the appointment time set in the group.
For example, if you have set a group with less than 1 hour have passed since last appointment and your campaign is set to send an email 15 minutes after step 1. Then, your patients will receive an email 15min after the end of their last appointment.
2. Campaign Time
If you set a group based on general filters (out of the patient interactions and birthday), your messages will be sent based on your campaign time.
For example, if you have set up a group using the demographics filter selecting just males and your campaign is set to send them an email 15 minutes later. Then, all the male patients will receive this email 15min from the moment you run your campaign.
3. Birthday Today
For Birthday, your patients will receive the message at 10am (Melbourne-Australia time). If you set the campaigns to send the message 1 hour after step 1, then the patients with birthday today will receive the message at 11am Melbourne time.
If you are based in Europe, we recommend to set up your campaign to send the message 8-9 hours after step 1.
