The Dynamic Variables are organised into 4 categories:

First Appointment: this is related to the first appointment that took place in the PAST!!. Don't use is if you are referring to the patient's first appointment in the future, IT WILL NOT WORK. Instead, use next appointment variables.

The Start and End Time variables will give the Time AND the Day of the appointment start and end. The date/time will be displayed as follows: 25/12/2017 04:30pm
