How to integrate your Cliniko account with Cliniq Apps

IMPORTANT:
The security role of the main API key owner must be:
• an Administrator that is also a practitioner
• or a practitioner

These conditions must be set exactly as they are in Cliniko. This is very important!


To integrate your Cliniko account with Cliniq Apps, complete the steps below. For instructions on generating your Cliniko API key, please refer to the Cliniko Help Guide.


How to Set Up Your Integration in Cliniq Apps

  1. Access Your Profile Settings

    • Log in to your Cliniq Apps account (web version only).

    • Either click on "Connect your Practice Management System" at the very top of the first page after logging in, or navigate to Settings > Profile.

  2. Enter Your Cliniko API Key

    • In the Practice Management Software section, paste your Cliniko API key into the Enter Cliniko API key box.

  3. Sync Patient Invoice Data

    • Tick the Sync patient invoice data checkbox to ensure your patient invoices are synchronized.

  4. Submit Your Settings

    • Click Submit to apply the changes.

  5. Wait for the Integration to Complete

    • Wait for the integration process to finish. You’ll receive an email once your account is ready.

    • If the integration takes longer than 3 hours, please contact us for assistance.
