Create an app for your In-practice Kiosk

Instructions on how you can create the app on your iPad or Tablet for your Kiosk.

Implementing an In-practice Kiosk offers numerous benefits, especially during busy periods at the reception. Patients can independently check themselves in, promptly notifying practitioners of their arrival and automatically updating their appointment status to "Arrived" in your practice management software (this behavior is for Cliniko users only). Additionally, walk-in patients can conveniently book appointments on their own, enhancing overall efficiency and patient satisfaction within your practice.


Steps to Create Your Kiosk App

  1. Copy the Kiosk URL:

    • Obtain the Kiosk URL from your Cliniq Apps account.

    • Send this URL to an email account accessible on your iPad or Tablet.


Creating the App:

  • Paste the link into your browser (Safari or Chrome) and tap the share button.
    ​

  • Select 'Add to Home Screen'.
    ​

  • Assign a name and tap ADD.
    ​

  • That's it! WELL DONE!

Your Kiosk on your iPad is now ready.
