Please note that sending Satisfaction Survey, Hyper-Recall, and Appointment Confirmation isn't supported in Task Manager yet.

  1. Click on NEW TASK

2. Fill the required fields

  1. Description of the task
    Ex. Resend patient form

  2. Select the name of the patient you wish to send the message to

  3. Provide a description of the task

  4. Set the assignee of the task. If the assignee is yourself simply choose your name.

3. Click on Create Task

4. The task will appear in your task list then. From here you can resend which ever message you need to send to the patient again. It could be:


  • Manually written email

  • or an email in your message templates


  • Manually written SMS

  • or an SMS in your message templates


  • Email Form

  • SMS Form
