With Clinq Apps. you can send your SMS communications from a dedicated preferred number. To do this, please follow the steps below:


If you already have an SMS capable number in Cliniq Apps, please skip Step 1.

STEP 1: Get an SMS capable number

  • Go to Settings

  • Under Phone Settings select Numbers

  • Select Add New Phone Number


  • Tick the SMS-capable phone number box then Choose your country.

If there are no available numbers from the options, please reach out to us for assistance.

STEP 2: Use this number for sending SMS Type Communications such as Regular SMS, Appointment Confirmation+, Hyper-Recall, Automation & Manual Tasks, Patient Forms, Satisfaction Survey SMS, Touch-Free Kiosk.

  • Make sure that you ticked the Use this number for sending SMS notifications to be able to use the number for your SMS communication.


  • REGULAR SMS

  • Appt. Confirmation+


  • Hyper-Recall



  • TASK


  • Patient Forms

  • Satisfaction Survey SMS

  • Touch-Free Kiosk
