Step-by-Step Guide to Forwarding Calls to Your Preferred Number
Step 1: Access Cliniq Apps
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Step 3: Access Phone Numbers Under Communications
Step 4: Configure Call Forwarding
Input Forwarding Number: Locate the Call Forwarding section and input the external number to which you want to forward unsuccessful calls.
Optional - Skip Ringing: If you prefer to forward calls immediately (i.e., skip the ringing), select the option to name the call receiver and directly forward the call to the specified external number.
Step 5: Edit Unanswered Call Settings
Edit Settings: Click on the three small circles (menu icon) and select Edit Settings.
Set Forwarding Duration: Under the Forward unanswered calls after option, choose the duration for the ringing before the call is forwarded. The minimum allowed duration is 5 seconds, while the maximum is one minute.
Step 6: Save and Confirm
Save Changes: Ensure you save your settings.
Test: It’s a good practice to conduct a test call to verify that the forwarding settings work as intended.
