How to remove a practitioner

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you remove a practitioner from your Cliniq Apps account:

Important Prerequisite

Before beginning the process, ensure that the practitioner(s) you wish to remove have already been deleted from your practice management software.


Stepy-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Settings:
    Start by navigating to the settings section within your Cliniq Apps account.

  2. Access Practitioners:
    Under the “Clinic” section, click on Practitioners to view the list.

  3. Refresh the List:
    Click on the Refresh List button to update the practitioners list.

  4. Confirm the Refresh:
    When a pop-up appears, click Yes, refresh practitioners list to confirm your action.

  5. Wait for Sync Completion:
    The system will now sync with your practice management software. This process may take some time. Once complete, the practitioners you removed will no longer be displayed.

  6. Subscription Adjustment:
    Finally, if needed, please contact support to adjust your monthly subscription accordingly.

Following these steps will ensure that your Cliniq Apps account accurately reflects the current list of active practitioners from your practice management sotwares.
