Customise Your Reactivation Automations

All you need to build customised reactivation automations to better suit your patients

The 'standard' reactivation automation consists of sending messages for all your patients who had their last visit more than 3 months ago (check the automation HERE). However, you may want to segment this reactivation to reach patients after a specific time since their last appointments.

For example, reactivate your 3 to 6 months lapsed patients by setting up an automation rule as follow:

   More than 3 months have passed since last appointment
   Select: patients with no future appointment
   Appointment dates: 6 months ago and 3 months ago

Same can be done to reactivate your 6 to 12 months lapsed patients by setting up an automation rule as follow:

   More than 6 months have passed since last appointment
   Select: patients with no future appointment
Appointment dates: 12 months ago and 6 months ago

These are just examples, feel free to create as much reactivation automation as you want to better target your lapsed patients. Think about the different communication channels that you want to use for automation.
