Cliniq Apps reads all your treatment notes on Cliniko allowing you to target a specific group of patients. Click HERE to watch a short video on how you can use this filter.

In the following, we'll use "back pain" and "neck pain" as examples to clarify how the TREATMENT NOTES AND TAGS filters work. Please note that every line is considered a tag so every condition you want to select should be on the line. You can use the dates to cap the time frame of these notes when they were added to the patients profile in your practice management software.

When typing these words in "All of these (AND)" filter (see screenshot), the system will include all the patients who have "back pain" AND "neck pain" AND "whiplash" in their treatment notes. They should have the two pains to be able to be selected in this group.
(If you want to select only those who have back pain in their treatment notes then just keep back pain in this filter)

When typing these words in "Any of these (OR)" filter (see screenshot), the system will include all the patients who have "back pain" OR "neck pain" OR "whiplash"" in their treatment notes. They should have either one of these pains to be selected in this group.

When typing these words in "None of these (NOT)" filter (see screenshot), the system will include all the patients EXCEPT those who have back pain, neck pain, whiplash in their treatment notes.

Using the "Tags/Medical Alert" filter, the system will only include those who have these medical alerts in Cliniko.
