When setting up an SMS message you have two options:

No Replyย

This means that you are sending the SMS but not allowing replies from your patients.
In this case, your SMS sender name will be the name of your company (that you've chosen in settings).

Allow Reply

When allowing reply, your patients will be able to reply to the SMS and you'll receive it to the email address of your choice (it's free of charge). The SMS will be sent from a random number.

โ€‹

When they reply, you'll be able to see the name of the patient, their mobile number, and on which campaign they have replied to.

If you have any questions, please chat with us in your Cliniq Apps web messenger.
