With Cliniq Apps, you can now communicate with your patients who never had appointments on your Practice Management Software (PMS). These are the patients that you had before switching to your PMS and that have not booked with you since switching.

To communicate with them and ask them to book again , you'll need to create an automaton by following this step by step guide:

1. Messages: Create one SMS , one Email and one Phone Call list.

SMS Content:
Hi {FIRSTNAME},

Hope you are feeling 100% - moving well and feeling great!
If not, pls contact us on 000000 or click (online booking link) to schedule a time with us.

Clinic Name/Provider's Name


Email Content:

Email Subject: How you've been?


Hi {FIRSTNAME},
I noticed that it has been a little while since we last saw you at Clinic Name.
We hope that, by now you are feeling 100% - moving well and feeling great!
I want to ask 2 quick things:

  1. If you are feeling great - can you please reply and let me know! I'd love to hear your story.

  2. If you are NOT feeling 100% yet - can you also reply and I'll find a way to solve your problem.

I'd really appreciate you taking 2 minutes to get back to me. It would mean a lot.

(Try to include a discount in this email)

Phone Call List: You can either leave a note for your reference or create your own phone call script.

NOTE:

{FIRSTNAME} has never had any appointments yet.

Then set the priority of the tickets, who should get should get notified, and how many tickets they should receive per day.

2. Click on Automation Rules and Click on New Automations

Then:

  1. Name the Automation for your reference.

  2. Select unsubscription category

  3. Select unsubscription automation type. For information about automation categorization and type click HERE.

  4. Select the iteration of the automation

  5. Click Continue to proceed to the next steps

Click the SELECT button and choose Patients with no Appointments (leads)

You can also choose to apply other metrics such as:

  • their demographics

  • their birthday is today

Once done click the then button and select communicate with patient -> send sms -> select the sms that you created

Do the same steps to add the email and the Task and set the timing to

  • SMS - 1 hour later

  • Email - 7 days later

  • Task - 2 days later

Click on Apply Changes


Then Save Automation

To start the automation simply click the PLAY button.
