In Patient Relation Management Model, I mentioned briefly how to use Cliniq Apps to segment your lapsed patients. This process is very important as, depending on how long these patients have been lapsing, different communication channels, sequences and contents need to be used to increase the probability of reactivation. 

I suggest the following 4 segments' model as a guide to your patient reactivation automations:

FOLLOW UP

Lapsed Time: 1 month to 3 months
Communication Channels: SMS, Email, Phone Call
Sequence: SMS -> Email -> Follow up Call
Content: Follow up on their recovery, send relevant information based on their conditions (use the treatment notes and tags filter)
Number of automations needed: 1

WARM REACTIVATION

Lapsed Time: 3 months to 6 months
Communication Channels: SMS, Email, Phone Call
Sequence: SMS -> Email -> Follow up Call
Content: Check on their recovery and send offers to incentivise them to rebook
Number of automations needed: 1

MILD REACTIVATION

Lapsed Time: 6 months to 12 months
Communication Channels:  SMS, Email, Letter, Phone Call
Sequence: SMS -> Email, Letter* -> Follow up Call
Content: Check on their recovery and send offers to incentivise them to rebook
Number of automations needed: 2
*Letters: send them to those who had visited you more than 3 times in the past using Cliniq Apps 'number of past appointments is between' filter and select number of past visits 3 to any

COLD REACTIVATION

Lapsed Time: more than 12 months
Communication Channels:  SMS, Email, Letter, Phone Call
Sequence: SMS-> Email, Letter** -> Follow up Call
Content: Check on their recovery and send offers to incentivise them to come
Number of automations needed: 2
**Letters: send them to those who had visited you more than 5 times in the past using Cliniq Apps 'number of past appointments is between' filter and select number of past visits 5 to any
