How to create automated Asana tasks
How to create automated Asana tasks

Before creating automated Asana tasks, please make sure that the user is already added. If not, click HERE for the guide.

Start by going to Message Templates and click on the New Message

Select Task

Then fill in the required fields.


Page 1. Create Script

  1. Name the Task however you want to call it.

  2. Create the script to instruct your practitioners/employees on how to manage a certain situation, what they need to communicate to the patient, and how to deal with potential answers.


Page 2. Notification Settings - Choose Asana from the dropdown option

Then fill in the required fields.

  1. Choose the Project Name where the automated tasks will be added

  2. Choose the project's section.

  3. Set the Assignee of the Task. You can choose from a dynamic assignee such as the Next/Last Practitioner, Admin Staff of the clinic's location, Practice Manager of the clinic, or even a specific user.

  4. Set the Due Date of the Task


    ​

  5. Set the Tag of the project. (Optional)

Once all the steps are done, don't forget to Save your work. The next step is to create the automation that automates the Task. Simply click HERE for the guide.
